Phil LaFave

Phil has a unique perspective on the world of print, having started his career in production as an offset press operator in college. Armed with that invaluable insider experience, he then launched a long career with a national printing company first as a sales representative in Charlotte N.C., and later as a sales supervisor, product trainer, and sales manager for their Atlanta market.

Answering an entrepreneurial calling, he started a successful digital printing company in Atlanta, and grew it to a multi-million dollar operation by landing major national accounts based in Georgia, and then servicing them better than his larger, more deep pocketed competitors.

Phil has a strict code of salesmanship that isn't new but is needed today more than ever: "You can get whatever you want in sales by helping the other person get what they want first!"

A graduate of Western Michigan University with a B.S. in Political Science, he is an avid runner with scores of marathons, half-marathons, and many shorter races on his resume. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, he covers the southeastern states for Harper.
